  On March 7 2018 I bought a king Canada 6 ton electric log splitter.10 days later 17 March 2018 the motor died, I took it back to where I had bought it and the salesman looked at it and tried the motor and it didn't work.The salesman said he would have to talk to a rep to see what he could do,I said to him after this happens when only 10 days have passed you have to talk to a rep.This is not good enough I would like my money back or a new one.I did send an email to king Canada head office on the 17 the of March and explained the situation,I will see if I do get a response from them in regards of the way the dealer handled the situation and if I do get some customer service or some kind of satisfaction.

  King Canada - 8520LP Shop Vac problems King Canada seems to go out of their way to make it difficult to contact them about issues I recently bought a 5 gal shop vac and for various reasons, did not get to opening the box to use the product for over a month. After opening the box, I found out that it was missing filter parts and after contacting the dealer, I was told that they could not help me. I attempted to contact King Canada for help but all their literature sent with the vac refers me to the dealer. Shame on King Canada for not publishing a 1-800 number or offering contact info with the product. I called a local service depot that was posted as support for the King product to see if they would help me with the missing parts and I was told good luck. They offered to sell me a different product. So I guess it is buyer beware....
