If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible service. I leased a 2017 Mazda 3 from them and everything seemed to be going well until I actually signed the contract. First of all, when the car was ready they asked me make an appointment to come pick it up, presumably so that someone would be available to guide me through the process. I said I was available at 6:30pm because I had work, and they told me 5:30pm is better so I said fine. I left work early to get there, and in the end I still had to wait a good 30 minutes before anyone saw me. When a salesman (not even the one who sold me the car) finally did come, I spend another 20 or so minutes waiting in his office while people scrambled around getting the paperwork together. During the signing process, I didn't feel at all reassured. This was my first car, and they just handed me one paper after another for signing as if trying to just get it out of the way. When the deal was made a little over a week prior, the salesman and I had negotiated the price as a condition of the deal. I also explicitly said that I don't want to put a down payment. He explained to me what I would have to pay on delivery, but when the time came for me to pay, there was suddenly an extra ~325$ marked as "down payment", which they said were actually "administrative fees". At this point I was so fed up of the entire process (I had also been to many dealerships over the previous weeks looking for a car) that I just wanted to get my car and leave. I was also supposed to get the $500 student rebate, which I was told I needed to provide proof of graduation to receive. The financial manager told me I could just bring my diploma when I came to pick the car up, which I did. However I was then told that it wasn't enough and that I needed an official letter of attestation ($20 from my university). I begrudgingly provided the letter a couple of weeks later, and AGAIN I was told it wasn't enough, and that I needed to provide my official transcript (another $20!!). This time I called them to get to the bottom of things and they said they'd get back to be within a week to resolve this. It's been over a month and I keep contacting them, but nothing is getting done. I most definitely will not set foot in this dealership again. I have a some friends who are also looking for their first cars, and although the car itself is great, I have warned them to steer clear of this dealership and save themselves the trouble. What a nightmare.
